Lakefront living should be easy. It should be all about boating, sunset views and reading on the porch. It shouldn’t be focused on worrying about an old, rotting cedar roof overhead.
Given the choice, homeowner Jeff Klein wanted a relaxed lifestyle. That’s why, four years after purchasing his shoreside property on Lake Minnetonka in Minnesota, he contacted Allstar Construction.

“We were up on the roof and a neighbor was passing by on their boat,” says Limerick. “They saw the roof from the lake. They liked it so much that we’re now bidding on a DaVinci roof for their home. We know these roofs have curb appeal … now we can say they also have lake appeal!”
From both water and land the project turned out terrific. The Aged Cedar color matches the house just as beautifully as the homeowners had hoped.
